Here are what the beeps mean when your apple beep on start up,
1 Beeps means = No RAM installed
2 Beeps means = Incompatible RAM
3 Beeps means = No good banks
4 Beeps means = No good boot image in boot ROM
5 Beeps means = Bad Processor
