Screenshots made easy.
Screenshots made easy.
Solution
A screenshot is a picture of your screen, in digital form. Once you have a screenshot, you can send it to Telluride Heldpesk (or the tech of your choice) and we will appreciate it greatly! A picture really IS worth a thousand words! So how do you get a screenshot?
You press the prtscrn (or PrtSc) button on your keyboard. It stands for "Print Screen." Then open an email or word processor document and Paste into it (see Edit menu). The result is a picture of your desktop. Save or send the file to the Helpdesk or attach it to a ticket in the attachment slot.
If that's too simplistic, you can get this fantastic utility which runs on Windows with Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 or better. Please remember that PixClip is beta software. Use at your own risk. PixClip is free software.
